They do not govern any Sonera product, application, or service, including the software application available at app.sonera.co, nor any paid subscription, order form, or master services agreement. Access to and use of Sonera’s products and services is governed by separate written agreements between you and Sonera. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such a separate agreement with respect to a product or service, the separate agreement controls.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONERA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonera regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
