Nothing breaks
Your login, your products, your pricing, your contract, and your support contacts all continue exactly as they are today.
Two companies you’ve trusted for years are now one platform built for the next decade of outbound engagement. Here’s what’s changing, what isn’t, and why we did it.
Your login, your products, your pricing, your contract, and your support contacts all continue exactly as they are today.
A single sign-on across both platforms arrives first, followed by one unified portal, one invoice, and one contract — we’ll give you plenty of notice at each step.
Every customer now has access to the full combined catalog: compliance, deliverability, data, voice, SMS, and orchestration from one partner.
Not today. DNCScrub customers keep logging in at the DNCScrub portal; Pure CallerID customers keep using the Workspace. When unified sign-on launches, both credentials will work through one door — and we’ll walk you through it before anything changes.
No. All existing products continue under their current names, terms, and pricing. Renewals proceed as normal with your existing account team.
The same people. Both support channels remain fully staffed and are now part of one organization — reach either team and we’ll get you to the right specialist.
Your data remains protected under your current agreements and our enterprise security standards. Any future data-platform changes will be communicated well in advance.
Because compliance and deliverability were always two halves of one control plane. Compliance without deliverability leaves calls unanswered; deliverability without compliance leaves risk on the table. Together, Sonera can decide, govern, and protect everything your dialer sends — and build the decision engine this industry needs next.
Nothing is required. If you’d like to see what the combined catalog can do for your program, your account manager would love to show you — or schedule a demo any time.
