SVP, Finance & OperationsJen Wallack, CPA, is a finance and operations executive with deep expertise in enterprise financial planning, performance management, and capital allocation. Across startups and multibillion-dollar global enterprises, she brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and hands-on operational leadership to a fast-scaling business.
Her career includes directing FP&A for McKinsey & Company’s $7B+ North America business, building the finance and operations function from the ground up for an AI-native pricing advisory startup, Quantide Growth Partners, and guiding financial planning for the e-commerce businesses of TJX Companies.
Jen is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Syracuse University.
