Jeff brings over two decades of software engineering leadership experience to the TCPA and DNC compliance space. As the founding engineer of DNCScrub and former Chief Technology Officer at Contact Center Compliance, he has spent his career building reliable, high-volume, high-stakes systems from the architecture up. Jeff pairs deep technical rigor with a pragmatic approach, building reliable software and helping others do the same. Jeff holds a BS from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Master of Software Engineering from Portland State University.
